Working with women on dairy farms

Dairy Pakistan recognises that a significant amount of work on dairy farms is carried out by women. It is our intention to link with groups (probably non-profit or multilateral) across Pakistan who interact with rural women working with livestock in order to offer extension services that will

  Share knowledge of new practices that will increase milk production through better feeding, breeding, animal health and young stock rearing

  Provide women’s forums to share ideas and tips for putting these practices in place

  Offer support to women as they implement new practices
