The Vision of Pakistan Dairy Development
Company is to play a leading role in the
development of a thriving dairy sector across Pakistan.
Success will be measured as follows:
Meeting the Needs of Farmers: enhanced
profitability, demonstrating pathways to growth,
building linkages to the market, and introducing
much greater formal credit to the sector.
Meeting the Needs of Consumers: better
product quality, improved product availability,
greater range of products, more affordable presentations.
Meeting the Needs of Industry: more milk
available for procurement, better quality raw milk,
and better availability of trained staff.

In addition to these programmes, Dairy Pakistan
is working with other agencies on identifying improvements
to dairy sector educational opportunities and to
further develop dairy food standards.
Meeting the Needs
of the Nation - providing a huge boost to rural
development providing better quality milk to the
people of Pakistan needs of consumers met without
relying on imports; contribution of dairying to
formal GDP is boosted by increased milk production
investment and by bringing the dairy sector into
the formal economyand job creation from investment.
